How to delete your data

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Captcha Master — Typing Job Work.
Sign in with your registered account (email or Google). Guest accounts do not store a full profile for deletion.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to re-authenticate (password or Google sign-in) for security.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot use in-app deletion, email us:

Include: your registered email address and (if known) the Google Play / account email used in the app

We typically process verified email requests within 7 days (often sooner, within about 48 hours).

When a verified deletion is completed, we delete associated account data such as:

Firebase Authentication account for the app
Cloud profile data linked to your user ID (for example name, email, country, and related account fields stored under your user record)
Leaderboard entry linked to your user ID (if present)
App-stored account session data on the device after successful deletion (login state, local wallet/progress prefs tied to the account)

App preferences not tied to your account (for example language, theme, onboarding flags) may remain on the device until you clear app data or uninstall.
Advertising / analytics identifiers managed by Google or other SDKs may continue according to those providers’ policies and your device settings.
Limited technical or legal records (for example security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance logs) may be retained only as required by law or to prevent abuse.
Aggregated / de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be kept.

In-app deletion: account and associated cloud profile/leaderboard data are removed as part of the deletion flow after successful verification.
Email requests: processed after identity verification, usually within 7 days.
Backup / legal retention: residual copies in backups or required compliance records, if any, are removed or made inaccessible within up to 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
